Dancing has been my therapy

Movement is something extremely important, it is connect with your inner self . Music helps us to express our emotions and connects with our bodies.

• Dancing is like therapy, to find my inner self, and to connect with something out of my mind.

My belief is that we should strive to connect with our authentic selves, embracing self-acceptance and cultivating equilibrium in our truest form.
